TMVS will diagnose the equipment and provide you with an estimate of cost to repair. This cost is based on condition of equipment, cost of parts and labor.

How long will the evaluation/repair take?
Standard evaluation is within 5 days of receiving equipment. The time for repair depends on condition of equipment, part availability and shipping of products. TMVS will advise of estimated time of repair/return when evaluation of equipment problem is discussed.
What if I don’t want to repair equipment?
Your equipment will be re-packaged and returned you as TMVS received it. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping/handling as well as the cost of evaluation. If you decide that the machine is not worth repairing, instead of shipping back to you, TMVS may offer to keep the machine in exchange for the evaluation fee.
Is there a warranty?
30 day warranty on parts TMVS replaces and services. 90 days warranty on the purchase of used equipment from TMVS.
How do I package my equipment?
Use UPS or FED-Ex to assist you as each machine will need to be packaged according to the weight and size, to ensure the safety of the machine during transit. TMVS is NOT responsible for damage caused in transit to TMVS.

Please don’t forget to include the completed SERVICE REQUEST FORM and a BUSINESS CARD in the box.
